we all know that DAD is best of decks around here and lets see ^_^

Rule of thumb: stick to 40 cards, no more than 20 monsters, more magics than traps. Try to stay as close as possible to 40 cards because it raises your probability of drawing a necessary card at the right moment. The less cards there are to draw through, the more chances you have of getting what you want. 17-18 monsters is a good amount to have because drawing purely monsters when you can only summon one at a time is devastating to any duel. And you want more magics than traps because traps have to be set for a turn, so that gives your opponent time to react or draw a card to stop your activation of traps. Of course, these rules don't apply to EVERY deck. But usually, they do.

That being said, try to never run more than 6 or 7(tops) guys level 5 or higher. They slow down your hand, and if you only draw them, even though they are mostly Special Summoned, their requirements are pretty hard to get exact, especially with this many big monsters, you won't be able to summon Dark Armed if you have to discard/summon them before him.

2 x dark necrofear
1 x Dark Armed Dragon
1 x dark ruler ha des
1 x evil hero malicious edge
1 x tragoedia
1 x the dark creator
1 x jinzo
1 x gorz, the emmisary of darkness
1 x darkness neosphere

Out of these, Malicious, Tragoedia, Dark Creator, Jinzo, and Neosphere do nothing for your deck. I'd just stick to 2 Necrofear, DAD, Ha Des, and Gorz. That's all you need.

So, stick to this list of big guys:
2 x dark necrofear
1 x Dark Armed Dragon
1 x dark ruler ha des
1 x gorz, the emmisary of darkness

As for your smaller monsters, many of them don't help your deck.

3 x giant germ
2 x spear cretin
2 x dark resonator
1 x mad archfiend
1 x sangan
1 x morphing jar
1 x wall of illusion
1 x phantom of chaos
1 x snipe hunter

Most of these cards are major stalls. First of all, Morphing Jar has almost nothing to do with your deck. Spear Cretin, for example, won't change the number of monsters in your graveyard because he trades himself for one, so you can't manipulate your grave for DAD. I'd take out Dark Resonator just because he's a tuner when you don't even have many Synchros. I'd just not use Synchros at all and save yourself the 2 cards. Wall of Illusion is small and almost pointless. It's just more of a stall and can be trampled over. There are many better fiends/Dark monsters that can be used for this deck. Slate Warrior, for example, can do a better job than Mad Archfiend. Also, if you want to really make this a Removed From Play deck, you'd add another Phantom of Chaos. Archfiend Soldier will also give you power for this deck.

3 x giant germ
3 x Slate Warrior
3 x Archfiend Soldier
1 x sangan
1 x morphing jar
2 x phantom of chaos
1 x snipe hunter

This gives you a total of 18 monsters. You never want to go over 20 monsters in ANY deck.

As for your magics, I'd trade Giant Trunade for Heavy Storm just because of the destruction power, rather than just giving your opponent his cards back. I'd take out Monster Gate because it's too much of a risk to play. You could lose valuable cards. The same goes for Reasoning. Just taking those 2 out would help.

2 x fissure
2 x allure of darkness
2 x monster reincarnation
1 x lightning vortex
1 x card destruction
1 x brain control
1 x Heavy Storm
1 x swords of revealing light
1 x pot of avarice
1 x mystical space typhoon

Lastly, your traps. Draining Shields are stalls. The damage they stop this time can still be done next time by your opponent. I would rather change those and Bark of dark Ruler(which would be more damaging if the monster was really powerful) for Dimensional Prison(or Sakuretsu Armor if you can't get D. Prison). Threatening Roar stops your opponent from attacking, but you'd be better off with a Mirror Force, destroying the monsters that would attack, rather than just stopping them. Trap Dustshoot also seems counter productive. There's no reason for you to be attacking your opponent's hand, so better than that, put in a Torrential Tribute, and destroy what he summons completely, rather than just putting it in back his deck. And I'd add in a Call of the Haunted to bring back any monster in the Graveyard. That'd help with Graveyard Control for DAD.

So, Id say your traps would end up looking like this:

3 x d. prison(or sakuretsu armor)
1 x torrential tribute
1 x magical cylinder
1 x mirror force
1 x return from the different dimension
1 x Call of the haunted

Your ending line-up should look soemthing like this:

19 MONSTERS:
2 x dark necrofear
1 x Dark Armed Dragon
1 x dark ruler ha des
1 x gorz, the emmisary of darkness
3 x giant germ
3 x Slate Warrior
3 x Archfiend Soldier
1 x sangan
1 x morphing jar
2 x phantom of chaos
1 x snipe hunter

13 SPELLS:
2 x fissure
2 x allure of darkness
2 x monster reincarnation
1 x lightning vortex
1 x card destruction
1 x brain control
1 x Heavy Storm
1 x swords of revealing light
1 x pot of avarice
1 x mystical space typhoon

8 TRAPS:
3 x d. prison(or sakuretsu armor)
1 x torrential tribute
1 x magical cylinder
1 x mirror force
1 x return from the different dimension
1 x Call of the haunted

That's a total of 40 cards you can do really well with.

Remember: Stick to 40 cards. No more than 6 or 7 monsters level 5 or higher. No more than 20 monsters. More magics than traps. You'll make a great deck if you follow these rules every time you deck-build.

Like I said, there are exceptions. But tohse usually happen when you base decks around a specific card. And you can learn more about that type of deck building as you play and talk with otehr players.

Have fun with whatever you get to build

It sounds like you have a decklist from someone and you're trying to fix it. Is that the way it is? Regardless, that isn't a very good deck.

Decks that have more than 20 monsters is not uncommon. Most decks have around 10 traps or more, with fewer spells.

This one is clearly not something you copied from Konami, which can easily be seen by the quality of it.

Try to put more thought into it before you post an article.
