Now, on topic. I'm having some really serious KCVDS issues. Not like, i can't log on.. but stuff like a critical activeX control in my system is missing therefore not allowing me to open KCVDS. The activeX control is MSWINSCK.OCX. I was considering re-downloading the control from OCXdump, but i have no idea where i should put it in the system, and whether its a system file or something else.. so if any of you computer pros out there have any ideas, i'm all ears. In fact, i'm begging you. What's wrong with my KCVDS?

I suspect it might be due to an incomplete uninstall or something like that. Help, i'm begging you.

I certainly hope that's not sarcasm. Please be clearer and more polite. Be serious. I don't care if you don't help me. But stuff like that is what gets people banned.

yea kcvds didnt open right and shows problem right??

In case you're wondering, it's a dialog box titled KCproject, saying Component "MSWINSCK.OCX" or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid.

Give me your e-mail and i will send you the file MSWINSCK.OCX and you will put it in:

C:\WINDOWS\system32

Goto Battle City and they'll solve your problem.

I pasted the MSWINSCK.OCX file into Windows/system32, but the same error message still pops up whenever i open KCVDS. Should i restart my computer and proceed to open it again?
