1- File>New.. or Ctrl+N and size 391*163 Pexel

2-Kick the Paint Bucket Tool or (G) and click in that thingy lol

6-Make new layer Shift+Ctrl+N

7-Kick Brush Tool (B) and color Orange Code . ff4e00

8-and kick some brushes

9- copy the layer by selecting it and press Ctrl+J

11-Go To Filter Then Blur Then Redail Blur... and the same nummers as the pic

well DAD its nice but i cant understand anything cause its toooooooooo fast

download it and watch it with Pause lol you know my internet is slow and this file was 50 mb i waited about 2 hours!!

can i ask for tutorial that teach "How to colour brush"
normally we can only make normal colour brush such as blue, red, black and white etc. but what i want is like other people sign like DAD sign background. The colour of the brushes is shining.

those arent brushes those are c4d and smugded backgrounds
