Some people have a different definition of rate-i personally agree with Asassin, "rate" means help and improve not just give a number. Assasin-do what D.A.D told you, those changes would really help. Try laying it out in a more appealing way like

That way it makes it easier to read and rate ^_^.

Dont run Crush Card, you only have two monsters you can crush, and i understand you have many ways of searching for those monsters, but still i think its a waste of deck space. You have 18 monsters, so i suggest a 18/14/8 format. Monster layout looks fine.For spells i suggest:

Smashing Ground
Hammer Shot
Lightning Vortex
Mystical Space Typhoon
Heavy Storm
Nobleman of Crossout
Pot of Avarice

Traps:
Torrential Tribute

2x Bottomless Trap Hole


Just my input, mix your monster list with my S/T list and enjoy.

If I might interject, I like the above decklist posted with a mere two fixes, -Pot of Avarice for Bottomless Trap Hole, and -waboku for Pulling the Rug. From what I hear, Monarch is common.
