hey if I lose my ban card in a duel, and another win the next duel,
I can use that I got right?

the one who lose will not use his banned card
Do u mean loses all stars or just lose a single duel?

it cannot be made in the kc advanced cuz if som1 won against som1 and took his banned puts it in side deck it will also be counted so u will have to duel in Beta otherwise u will have to remove it and when u wanna change ur banned u will have to remember

The won who loses the duel with a banned card he gives his banned card to his opponent who wined the duel .. and put in the side deck or idk .. anyway any duelist can use only 1 banned card

Well we just said so ... so it will not be cheating ex puting 2-3 bans

u dont understand the second question

didnt u say
if som1 defeats som1 else and takes his banned card

he wil put it in his side deck

and kcvds counts the banned cards in both main deck and side deck
and advanced only allows 1 banned card
so we cant duel in adv

Well you can duel in BEta and i said that just so someone wont cheat
