Like some of u saw im new whit PS
Haven't downloaded many brushes,text,c4d and extra stuff
so for now im whit the main PS

Anyway i have problems whit the backround...
Can u tell me some eff or stuff to do
for the backgrounds or send me a good tutorial(s)

Look,I just Uploaded some "Stocks" for you. Stocks are bgs (Backgrounds).
And i also Uploaded earlier stuff called "Textures". Textures are Effects you can add to your renders or Bgs/Stocks or even Textures plus Textures xD. (You can also use Textures as bgs but their not supposed to be use for that...anyway...
anyway here you go:

Lol and dont ask me why i used so many colors (especially red), coz i dont know xD. Hope it looks better so. Good luck with tha Stuff. cya.
