Destiny Dice Tournament [Winner: KingMP94]

Basic Rules
1. There will be 16-32 duelists participating in this tournament.
2. I have the power to accept or deny anyone I want.
3. No FRESHMEN can sign up for this tournament.
4. If you have any issues connecting to your opponent contact me and I'll see what I can do.
5. If you suppose your opponent is cheating during the duels, take a screenshot and PM me with it, don't post here.
6. If there are any issues DO NOT post here. PM me.
7. Banned decks/cards for this tournament are: OTK, FTK, mill, burn, exodia, stun, stall, Blackwing - Shura the Blue Flame.

Special Rules:
In the beginning of the duels you must roll dice. The number of the dice will determine a specific rule you have to follow in the duel.

Dice Roll 1: Both players draw 2 cards instead of 1 in the beginning of the duel.

Dice Roll 2: Both players draw only during the end phase of a turn.

Dice Roll 3: Both players start 8 cards in their hands. (No need to discard at end phase)

Dice Roll 4: Both Players start with 3 cards in their hands.

Dice Roll 5: Both players reveal their hand during the endphase of every turn.

Dice Roll 6: Both players may return 2 cards from their hands to their deck to draw 2 during their Draw Phases. (During their turn.)

-One player will roll the dice, does not matter which.

-Yes, you skip your Draw Phase in the standard draw phase and draw one card in the end phase instead. First post edited to make dice roll 6 more clear.
