the point of this deck is to use Gravekeeper's Spy to gain field presence, then sacrifice it for Jinzo/Horus lv6 and attack your opponent's like points while in the mean time negating spells and traps.

the deck sucks so bad that there is no strategy u go on wat u draw just like my other decks go ahead and deete i will remake tho.

So this is a gravekeeper horus lockdown eh? but anyway, - 2 exploder dragon and add horus lvl 8, -1 lvl 6 and add 2 lvl 4

Im not new at deck building but ill fix it try this

Remove:
-1 Horus lvl 6
-2 Gravekeeper’s Commandant
-1 Gravekeeper’s Guard
-1 Level Modulation


Add:
+1 Marshmallon
+1 Mobius the Frost monarch
+3 Peten the Dark Clown
+1 Giant Trunade
+1 Royal Decree
+1 Solemn Judgement

Everybody-you need to run 3 Horus Lv6, because, it meshes great with GK spy. DON'T TAKE IT OUT!!
Otherwise, i mostly agree with Crocodile's fixes. You can take em' or leave em. 'sup to you. =D.
