I've always wondered if his substitution eff could also be used from the grave yards, say with miracle fusion, because its a big part of my elemental hero fusion deck i made, but i never knew if i could, if so it would help the deck immensely

Yes you can use it but of course you cant mirge King of the swamp with another king of the swamp

nor use another such a card so called Joker

ex you cant use king of the swamp and another card like KOTS with a blue eyes to summon blue eyes ultimate.
