-1 Blizzard (3 are overkill)
-2 Elphin (only one is needed, if it's needed at all)
-2 Gale (will be limited)
-1 Sirroco (only 2 are needed)

+2 Shura (always maxed)
+1 Dark Armed Dragon
+1 Cyber Dragon
+1 Gorz, the Emissary of Darkness

Now you have 18 monsters.

SPELLS:

-2 Against the Wind (Dark Eruption is MUCH better)
-1 Monster Reborn (will be banned)

+2 Dark Eruption (get Gale or Blizzard back)
+1 Lightning Vortex (staple)
+1 Heavy Storm (staple)
+1 Mystical Space Typhoon (staple)
+1 Giant Trunade (Blackwing and everyother OTK deck staple)
+1 Mind Control (use your opponent's monsters for synchro summons)
+2 Book of Moon (to stop Synchro Summons, annoying effects or save your monsters from attacks)
+2 Allure of Darkness (drawing power)

Now you have 14 spells.

TRAPS:

Take out ALL your traps. Your trap line s*cks. Jar of Greed ? WTF ? Dark Bribe ? WTF ? No Solemn ? WTF ? Now add:
