I think you should find another way of proving tributes other than samsara. Or, ever thought of using the deck just to use Arcana's effect once then turn it into an OTK? Like, swing with the world during the turn it's summoned, then next turn synchro with some other stuff and swing for game?

i'm not sure, there's a lot of options..

Duh i forgot then name of that trap card.... But there is a trap for arcanas that changes the eff of 1 arcana monster to the opposite, that trap would work with samsara, and btw, i would suggest making this deck based on d.d. stuff(macro, d fissure,d.d. survivor d.d. scout plane )

You need to run 3 The World, otherwise you risk not drawing into your win condition (seeing as you have next to no draw power or deck thinning).

And this deck isn't aimed to be competitive either -.- lock decks are almost NEVER competitive, except the yata lock.
