How to build a good deck .
Hi
Today i'll try to explain ( of my knowleg & my options ) how to make a good deck .
1- Have spefic strategy to work on .
2- Ask friends to help you if it needed .
3- You can find deck ideas in Wikia >> [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
4- Don't just copy/paste a deck even if you request deck from someone don't copy/paste it!!
in that way you will be just a noob ;/ .
5- Try to get new ideas of cards .
6- Use staples mostly and that can be helpful to your deck
Staples & Rates
Blackwing - Gale The Whirlwind
7/10
Well this guy is too annoying and you can have him as level 3 tuner monsters and synchro
summon and etc.
ATK : 1300
DEF : 400
Attribute : Dark
Lvl : 3
Type : Winged Beast/Tuner
Effect : If you control a "Blackwing" monster other than "Blackwing - Gale the Whirlwind",
you can Special Summon this card from your hand. Once per turn, you can halve the ATK and
DEF of 1 face-up monster your opponent controls.
Sangan

Well this guy is helpful in any deck i can say 90% of decks out there or maybe 80% .
ATK : 1000
DEF : 600
Attribute : Dark
Lvl : 3
Type : Find / Effect
Effect : When this card is sent from the field to the Graveyard, add 1 monster with 1500 or
less ATK from your Deck to your hand.
Plaguespreader Zombie

This bad boy is really helpful with synchros but not in any deck thats why it gets 6/10.
ATK : 400

Attribute : Dark
Lvl : 2
Type : Zombie / Tuner
Effect : You can return 1 card from your hand to the top of the Deck to Special Summon this
card from your Graveyard. If you do, remove this card from play when it is removed from
the field.
Gorz the Emissary of Darkness

Gorz is really good card and helpful too it will be Special summoned in Damage step so
bottomless wont bother you and also a token with it.

cards, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. Then activate the appropriate

Type/LIGHT/Level 7/ATK ?/DEF ?). Its ATK and DEF are each equal to the amount of
battle damage you took.

This guy at 3 thanks to our banlist is pretty good and fun .. 1900 atk and level 4 thats pretty
good and not speaking of his awesome effect ;/

Effect : When this card is Normal Summoned, place 1 Spell Counter on it (max. 1). This card

Seeing people use much Meta and synchros this guys is really helpful agesnt them so in my
option he gets 7/10 . And also 1900 atk for Lvl 4 ;]

Effect : Neither player can add cards from their Deck to their hand except by drawing them.
You can send this face-up card to the Graveyard to negate the Special Summon of 1 of your

D.D. Warrior Lady

This bad girl is really awesome at 3 ^_^ . It can help you get rid of annoying monsters such as
Stardust Dragon, Dark Armed Dragon and alot more.

Lvl : 4
Type : Warrior / Effect
Effect : When this card battles an opponent's monster, after damage calculation you can
remove from play that monster and this card.
Cyber Dragon

Um ... Hes pretty good he might even take 7/10 but not in any deck , special summon when
your opponent control a monster then you can summon tuner and synchro summon something ,
or if your opponent play machine send his machines to the graveyard so you can Special
summon Chimertech Fortess Dragon , or Monarchs or other tribute fooder.

Attribute : Light
Lvl : 5
Type : Machine / Effect
Effect : If your opponent controls a monster and you control no monsters, you can Special
Summon this card from your hand.
Neo-Specian Grand Mole

Really annoying card and maybe it deserve 7/10 helpful agesnt powerful monseters with
tribute or hard to summon and return to hand or synchors , stardust dragon , goyo guardian
etc...
ATK : 900
DEF : 400
Attribute : Earth
Lvl : 3
Type : Rock / Effect
Effect : If this card battles with your opponent's monster, you can return both monsters to
their owner's hands at the start of the Damage Step (without damage calculation).

Not useful allways but mostly cool effect, lvl 2 tuner and dark meh not much to say about
this guy .

Effect : When this card is selected as an attack target, you can pay 800 Life Points to
negate the attack.
Well there are alot of useful cards for different deck of course but those are staples in my
option of course .

Well pretty helpful and good card in most of duelists use this card for sure
Type : Normal Spell
Effect : Destroy all Spell and Trap Cards on the field.
Mystical Space Typhoon
9/10
Pretty good card and quick spell witch means you can chain in your opponent's turn ;]
Type : Quick Spell
Effect : Destroy 1 Spell or Trap Card on the field.
Lightning Vortex
6/10
Nowdays destroying stuff monstly monster do that so thats why its 6/10 but still pretty
good card.
Type : Normal Spell
Effect : Discard 1 card. Destroy all face-up monsters your opponent controls.
Gold Sarcophagus
6/10
This card is really helpful to get what you want to get like your ACE card faster
Type : Normal Spell
Effect : Select and remove from play 1 card in your Deck. During your second Standby Phase
after this card's activation, add the removed card to your hand.
Fissure
7/10
Woot Fissure at 3 it might get 7/10 pretty good card and you can do combos with it like if
your opponent control a monster you can destroy with your monster and another monster you
can't then you'll destroy the lowest atk monster with your own monster and use fissure to
destroy the other and alot more tricks with shrink and stuff .
Type : Normal Spell
Effect : Destroy the 1 face-up monster your opponent controls that has the lowest ATK. (If
it's a tie, you get to choose.)
Smashing Ground
6/10
Well im not a big fan of Smashing Ground but its pretty good card and you can do combos
like Fissure
Type : Normal
Effect : Destroy the 1 face-up monster your opponent controls that has the highest DEF. (If
it's a tie, you get to choose.)
Shrink
8/10
Nowdays Shrink is really helpful to save your weak monsters and get rid of annoying ones
love this card ^_^ also can be helpful to save your monster from Bottomless Trap Hole if its
got halved less than 1499 that is
Type : Quick Spell
Effect : Select 1 face-up monster on the field. The original ATK of that monster is halved
until the end of this turn.
Book Of Moon
8/10
My rate is 8/10 also pretty good card can save your monsters from Fissure, Smashing Ground
, Dimensional Fusion , Bottomless Trap Hole and alot more.
Type : Quick Spell
Effect : Flip 1 face-up monster on the field into face-down Defense Position.
Mind Control
7/10
Really helpful for synchro summoning or takeing marshmalon or any annoying monster that
doesnt let you to reach your opponent LP or use flip effect.
Type : Normal Spell
Effect : Take control of 1 monster on your opponent's side of the field until the End Phase.
This monster cannot declare an attack or be Tributed.
Giant Trunade
7/10
Pretty good cards helps you to OTK or make cool moves without thinking of your opponent
will responce.
Type : Normal Spell
Effect : Return all Spell and Trap Cards on the field to their owners' hands.
Bait Doll

Why the hell people underestimate and dont use this card do you know how much annoying is it
>_<
Type : Normal Spell
Effect : Force the activation of 1 face-down Trap Card. If the timing of the activation of the
Trap Card is incorrect, negate the effect and destroy it. If it is not a Trap Card, it is
returned to its original position. After this card is activated, it is placed into the Deck (not
the Graveyard). Then shuffle the Deck.
Cold Wave
6/10
Um not allways helpful but if you use it right and with the right moves it OWNZ
Type : Normal Spell
Effect : This card can only be activated at the start of your Main Phase 1. Until your next
turn, you and your opponent cannot play or Set any Spell or Trap Cards.
Brain Control
6/10
Not allways helpful of course but mostly this card can get 7/10 doing alot of fun with your
opponent monster use its effect , tribute it , use it with synchro summon something and annoy
your opponent.
Type : Normal Spell
Effect : Pay 800 Life Points. Select 1 face-up monster your opponent controls. Take control
of it until the End Phase.

Trap Cards
Mirror Force
9/10
This card is pretty good and cool effect most of decks has it of course.
Type : Normal Trap

Position monsters your opponent controls.
Torrential Tribute
8/10
Pretty good and awesome card to use helpful to clean up monsters on the field .
Type : Normal Trap
Effect : Activate only when a monster is Summoned. Destroy all monsters on the field.
Bottomless Trap Hole
9/10
Pretty annoying card and awesome too.
Type : Normal Trap
Effect : Activate only when your opponent Summons a monster(s) with 1500 or more ATK.
Destroy and remove from play the monster(s).
Return from the Different Dimension
6/10
Seeing now days x2 Bottomless Trap Hole , x3 Dimensional Prison , x3 D.D. Warrior Lady not
to say when you use Dark Armed Dragon's effect or remove Light and Dark to summon Chaos
Sorcerer this card is really really helpful it might get 8/10 ^_^ . Helpful for tributes , OTK
your opponent or use for synchro , use monsters effects that were Special Summoned.
Type : Normal Trap
Effect : Pay half your Life Points. Special Summon as many of your removed from play
monsters as possible. During the End Phase, remove from play all monsters that were Special
Summoned by this effect.
Compulsory Evacuation Device
7/10
Really nice and annoying card for your opponent .. Return your opponent hard summoned
monsters , synchros or even return your own monster so you can save your monster.
Type : Normal Trap
Effect : Return 1 monster on the field to its owner's hand.
Dimensional Prison
8/10
Pretty good and also annoying . There are alot of cool effects with the graveyard and this
bad boy will prevent them he can even kick Stardust Dragon ^_^ .
Type : Normal Trap
Effect : Activate only when your opponent declares an attack. Remove from play the
attacking monster.
Trap Dustshoot
7/10
Pretty good card but i see alot of duelists underestimate it and super annoying for your
opponent knowing his hand and what card hes gonna probably play also send 1 monster from
his hand back to deck ;]
Type : Normal Trap
Effect
:
Activate only when your opponent has 4 or more cards in their hand. Look at your opponent's
hand, select 1 Monster Card in it, and return that card to its owner's Deck.
Sakuretsu Armor
7/10
Having Dimensional Prison is better than Sakuretsu Armor but still if you want more monster
destroying power this guy is helpful.
Type : Normal Trap
Effect : Activate only when your opponent's monster declares an attack. Destroy the
attacking monster.
Dust Tornado
6/10
Having 3 breaker kinda no need of this card but its secondery effect is still awesome and it
helpful to take care of like Royal Oppression , Skill Drain and alot of annoying spell and
traps and face downs and after than you can set face down spell/trap from your hand witch
you can activate next turn .
Thats all of the staples if you have suggestions just post them i might add your suggestion
7 - Try to do those advices and I'm sure you'll be better duelist.
8 - Allways pick a good Side Deck .. I'll list some Side Decks

helpful to take care of like Royal Oppression , Skill Drain and alot of annoying spell and
traps and face downs and after than you can set face down spell/trap from your hand witch
you can activate next turn .
