I'll post all the cards and reason of using them.
Monsters (19):
Overdrive teleporter - good card for swarming the field. I think that It can be used well in this deck.
Prime material dragon - life points increasing in psychic deck is a must, so I think this can help me as well.
Destructotron - it works well with the above card.
Doctor cranium x2 - feeder for my Telekinetic power well, also it adds cards to my hand.
Mind master - I don't have to explain this one.
Mind protector - Sometimes I need a good defense.
Psychic commander x2 - good effect and a good tuner
Psychic jumper x2 - a tuner with sweet effect
Psychic snail - atk powerhouse
Psychic borg - samo as above
Cyber dragon - fast synchro
Krebons x2 - nice effect, I can recycle it with power well.
The tricky - same as cyber dragon, also psychic monster feeder for my special summon from grave cards
Power injector - nice effect for my monsters
Sangan - searching
Spells (12):
Emergency teleport - swarm and synchro
Psychokinesis x2 - cleaning the field
MST - same as above
Heavy strom - same as above
Telekinetic power well x2 - summon psychics from ma grave and swarm
Lightning vortex - against monsters
Brain control - Synchro again
Mind control - same
Foolish burial - I need some monsters in my grave
One for one - for cranium and mind master
Traps (9):
Psychic tuning (x2) - special summon a monster, use as tuner or rampage with strong monsters
Psychic overload - one is enough I think
Mind over matter (x3) - sweet effect
Bottomless trap hole - same
Mirror force - defense
Call of the haunted - special summon
