You can Special Summon this card by Tributing 1 "Helios - The Primordial Sun". This card's ATK and DEF are equal to the number of removed from play monsters x 200. If this card is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard, Special Summon it during the End Phase, and it gains 300 ATK and DEF.

does it have to be special summoned or can it be normal summoned because i was wondering in a duel and i lost because of that

u can normal summond it to
special summoning its just another way to get on the field

Any card that cannot be Normal Summoned will have...

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by...

...so if it doesn't have that first sentence in it, you can normal summon.
