What is dark simorgh's real effect?

Guys i wanna kno dark simorgh's real effect coz i lost a duel due this problem

in KCVDS there's an extra line says (or flip-face up) that line isnt in any dark simorgh on the wikia and other sites

so can anyone help me plz?

the line says flip face DOWN ( aka re-set a card )

the opponent cant set cards so that means no backrow and no face down monsters.

the line you mentioned applies to flip monsters already face up and opponent cant use Book of moon to flip down his own monsters or yours.

The rest of the effect is clear as day i guess ... and if you have further questions feel free to ask them.

ya he cant flip a face up card to FACE DOWN positon.
