my new academy need help plz!

Guys i made a new lame academy lol it has NOTHING yet so i am trying to find some staff so i need the following:
Admins: 4 must know how to use admin panel
Mods and Tester: need 3 mods and 3 testers
Gfx Designers:just 2 coz i now some ppl who would help
and members it is open for ANYONE ofc
