Match Duel (2/3)
KCVDS 1.19 will be used to duel
Changing decks is not allowed
Side decking is allowed ( After the match is finish you return the deck as it was in the first round)
September 2009 Banlist will be used
Registration will be finished after 5 days, all members are accepted new members "freshmen"s are not accepted unless they got a dorm.No limit of members get accepted. Also some members might be kicked out, so don't blame me.
