Jinzo/Skill Drain

this might sound a little strange, but here is a question regarding Jinzo and Skill Drain

If Jinzo is summoned after skill drain is active, is skill drain or jinzo negated? the reason i'm asking is b/c skill drain negates eff of all face up eff monsters, but jinzo has the eff of negating eff of all face up traps...it is confusing

Whichever hits the field 1st. If Skill drain is ALREADY face-up on the field Jinzo will be negated.

If Jinzo is Face-up on the field before Skill drain activates, Jinzo will negate skill drain.

So like i said, Whichever hits the field 1st gets his effect.
