I'd take out the useless cards and all the monarch except Caius, and just make it a macro deck, but if you really want it to be monarch type, then just get rid of the bad cards.

well i have made a rebuild of your deck yours was a start but don't look to much on your opponent side of the field think of your own speed advantages an desadvantages will first test my rebuild if good i'll post it there aren't so much changes cuz otherwise it could be you woulnt be able to understan your own deck cya
