Meh,I see so many times people need help with their ruling questions. But they want someone to answer asap,so if they post here at dad they must wait.Therefore i created a HAM called:

no pass.
So Iill try to do my best to help ya, and pls someone else,who has a lot of experience with these Rulings,join my Ham,I dont think i can do that by my self.
