It's kinda powerful but i hope it would be cool [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

Effect :

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can be only Special Summoned by removing from play 1 face-up D.D. Monster you control. When this card is Special Summoned destroy all monsters on the field except this card.

lol its awesome + some new upgrade is good for the D.D. decks..

Its a bit overpowered but 8/10, Even though it is easy to summon in A D.D deck if you want it to remain on the field I suggest increasing the attack a little. Good job

i agree with spitfire 8/10 defintly increase attack maybe too 2500 or 2700

OP.1st remove d.d. - survivor and scout is just perfect for that.then he destroy all monsters and then atk :] Also cuz D.D. monster can be as example special summoned survivor or scout u can have to normal summon + monster...
