Wing Blast Tournament Rules
1. You need to be ranked to sign up for this tournament.
2. I have the ability to accept and deny anyone into this tournament, but if you would like to find out why you were denied feel free to private message me.
3. If you can not complete your duel on time notify me so you do not hold up the tournament.
4. I will allow 32 members to sign up for this tournament.
5. This tournament's Ban list is: No (Exodia, mill, burn, stall, otk, ftk) Deck Change is allowed between rounds not matches!
6. If you can not reach your opponent private message me or DAD. Do not post in the topic.
7. If you suspect your opponent is cheating then screen
it, put the duel on hold, and message me or DAD with the screens.
8. Updates may come later.

Deadline has passed so I get one of us or both are disqualified. Just wanna give my side of the story.

Yesterday I come home from school and look at ham and he isn't online.
Then some time later he comes on, sends a message and logs off 8 minutes after sending the message, but I wasn't at the computer at that time, so when I saw it (15 minutes later) he was already off.
Then some hours later he comes on again and we are about to duel. Then he says he has to go and I tell him I will go to bed in 3½ hours so he has to come back before that. He agrees and goes off. After 3½ hours he is not here. I wait another hour because it's the deadline and he still doesn't come back.
