Ra Yellow duelists, welcome to my first tourney in this dorm. Since new ban list came out, we will decide new powerful decks. I made this for only us, so other dorm duelists cannot join this event. Here is the rules............

RULES
1. Elimanation format.
2. Match duels.
3. Only September 1, 2010 Ban List accepted.
4. You can't use GB, LS, BW, Quickdandy Warrios, INF, OTK, FTK, Mill, Stall, Exodia decks.
5. You can use only Gale, Ryko, Dandy, Debris, Caius, Marshmallon, Spirit Reaper.
6. You can't change your deck. Side Deck is allowed.
7. Duels need confirmation. No screenshots.
8. I will accept only 8 members, not more.
9. I have the ability to accept and deny anyone into this tournament but if you would like to find out hhy you were denied feel free to private message me.
10. You should PM to your oppenent firstly later matches announced. If he/she doesn't respond you, PM me with your PM that you send him.
