I nominate Magician of Faith. Although it is banned it is still a great card. Fun to use and fun to have in a deck. It's great for returning a spell card that could help out alot in a duel.

Neither player can Special Summon monsters.
If this face-up card would be sent from the field to the Graveyard, it returns to the top of the owner's Deck, instead.

With 3 Effects and Special Summon Ability she a Great Addition and a destroyer of most current meta decks.
Not to mention her Returning ability which makes her that much harder to get rid of.(if this pose is to big send me a PM and i will reduce)
