Still, I need to be asked. I'm currently taking a break, as you can see Im in very few tournaments at the moment. Once i finish I'm taking a break. and I don't want to be involved in any war, except for TS and DA, atm.

Since u two noobs dont get it,
When Raiza is summoned,and choose target,while Skill Drain is face up,and opp chains BTH,the effect of raiza WORKS.

Vem and Shock said no,and to prove ya all:
[20:54:24] >> * "Skill Drain" will not negate an Ignition Effect or Trigger Effect if the Effect Monster is not face-up on the field when the effect resolves.[1]

I was just talking in private with shock and when you gave me the link to the ruling i agreed that it's correct, and i misunderstood something. Shock kindly asked for a proof of that, but YB didn't gave it to him, so it was logical that shock asked me about it and that i gave him my opinion.
I don't really understand why would you post here for a problem that is already solved and insult others with your post.

I wouldn't say that it is noob not to know this ruling, about 80% of the players don't know that and bringing up this problem when it is solved is just childish... Some just do not know under what conditions it works or not and if u explain it to your opponent and he even accepts it, there is no point in bringing it up in a forum and even insulting him. There is no player who knows ALL the rulings of this game or at least I don't know of such a player.
