Basically, sometimes I just can't stop my opponent like a proper stun deck would. I mean there were even situations when I got OTK-ed by a Lightsworn deck for the sole reason I couldn't stop JD one way or the other.

-2x Alius ( will not help at all, a beatstick with nor proper ffect to stun )
-1x Wildheart ( 1 is random plus the fact he doesnt contribute anything to the deck )
-1x Stratos ( since you dont have any Heroes left he is usseless )
-1x Rota
-2x King Tiger Wanghu ( just side deck him )

+3x Thunder King
+1x Kycoo
+2x Doomcaliber Knight
+1x Gale ( instand shrink with 1300 ATK wouldn't miss him for the world LOL )
+1x CED ( max it you even get the chance to do serious damage when you play it right ) lol

Do this:

-2 wanghu (no synergy with gadgets)
-1 wildheart
-2 fossil dyna (personally don't like this oppression is much better)
-1 kycoo (only run in side deck for ls and stuff)

+3 thunder king
+2 d.d. warrior lady (you're running rota why not)
+1 e-call (nice tech)

Since you're running the Hero engine, make it little city!

-6 gadgets
-1 grand mole
+2 barbaros
+2 paladin of cursed dragon
+3 honest

-2 enemy controller (sucky card, causes crazy neg1s for the user)
-3 shrink (honest>shrink)
+3 skill drain
+1 mbaas
+1 hero blast (great tech)

-3 dprison
-2 compulse
-2 dark bribe
+3 book of moon
+2 magic drain (much better than bribe no questions asked)
+1 fissure
+1 solemn (staple)
