you can fix this deck to make it 40 cards ts gonna be powerful

Limit to 40 cards. Less traps, royal decree could take advantage and somewhat shut down your deck. Maybe run something like this:

Notes;
Dont run Neos, it is not worth two sacs. Searching for Neos Alius is much better, and also, you dont need terraforming with 3 Neo Space Pathfinder and 3 NeoSpace, 2 Double Summon is better. COnvert Contact can seem very bad at first, but when como-d with Pot of Avarice it will give you a lot of draw power without discarding a bunch of cards from your deck. I took out some traps and put in some more spells/monsters. Now the build is 40 cards, with 19 M/15 S/6 T. King of the Swamp can really help for the Fusion Materials, as Grand Mole is limited, which is a pain. Hope you use this build-i honestly think it will work better. Good luck.

Edit, Marine Neos doesnt work-that uses Marine Dolphin. Use Aqua neos instead, thats the one that uses aqua dolphin
