the 1st one is so powerfull he should be 7 stars not 4 lol
the 2nd is Ok

DAD, 2200 is not so powerfull and when you put cards on bottom deck, it should be 2400
For the second one it should have more stars + negative effect, like if opponent doesn't have 2 cards in hand destroy this monster immediately or somethng like that.

Uhh. Second=way overpowered. 1 card would be better. Or more complex synchro requirements?

first it shouldnt say creature u may say monster or card
and the 2nd card must be a little more powerful bec. synchros must be strong or make the effect stronger like say discard 1 card and if its
Spell:this card may atk your opponent directly during this turn
Trap:destroy 1 spell or trap card in feild
monster:skip the battle phase of this turn

and the first one is ok
