Monarch Control Deck

Hey there again! This is my third and last active Deck post (for now). Now, I've tried this deck out a few times on KCVDS and it seems pretty good but since it is full of high level monsters, it tends to stall at the beginning of a duel. Can anyone suggest ways to improve the speed of the deck? Or just general improvements?
