Pic is good but eff. Cyber Dragon with one of its eff is limited to 1. ANd this has 3000 ATK and Also another eff. It will be banned if it is released

way overpowered bad card grammar, last effect should be:

well the effet is good but its to good it would be banned and on top of the we has cyper dragon and it has a 1 limit this card would be banned the first 2 mounths...
but it your first time so good work

The effect is kinda confusing in its wording... it says during the battle with a defensive monster, draw a card during the endphase... the endphase is obviously not at the same time as a battle.
I know what you meant to say, but the wording need to be this...
