Slifer Red vs Ra Yellow War Rules
1. You must be a Slifer Red or Ra Yellow to participate.
2. All duels will be 2 out of 3.
3. Loser of game's 1 and 2 will get to choose who goes first in the following duel.
4. This will be FE format. If you are not sure what that is, message me and I will explain it.
5. This will be a 7 vs 7 war. Along with 2 subs from each side.
6. Deck Rules
A. Follow the Septemeber ban list.
B. No XX- Saber Faultroll.
C. No OTK, FTK, stall, mill, or burn.
