Hmm all these cards are too powerfull reasons
-for the first one..make it a lvl 8+ monsters, as lvl 7-monster have lesser than 2500 atck
-for the 2nd one well it'll be banned, why not make it to 'only dragon type creatures can be special summoned'
-OO i like ur last one, but as u might have noticed, normal red eyes only has 2400 atck, why not make it 2200 atck has it has effects...
