Yu Gi - pretty good works 6-7/10 mostly i liked the "Suggestion" one
Stardust - welcome back to gfx mate pretty good 8/10 on both maybe give them a lil shiny effect ?
How ?

new layer > Image > Apply Image
Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur... > make it around 1-2 > Ok
Change the blending of the layer to -Lighten- and there you get shiny effect

Maltez - Umum not bad at all but here's some advices

Never make signature with 4 renders ._.
Choose 1 high quality render you can check here >> [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] register and enjoy (theres not much Yugioh but theres other animes , films etc)
Try Brushes , C4D with smugded backgrounds , search for tutorials in [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] , [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

PS you can get brushes , fonts , c4d etc on Deviant Art too

yuseifudo33 - all i see is c4d witch is wrong you dont need that much c4d try smudged background , with c4d , effects or try stocks with c4d

Tyranno - umum not bad at least its not susi style [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] but as i said for yuseifudo33 dont not just pick some cool c4d and make it background thats not the way to use c4d
P.S. this advice was including your first signature and the last .
and also try not to play with the text too much let it like it is maybe add stroke
