it mite be a little to good

Very unclear as far as how as the effect is worded. Here would be a better way to word it: When this card is sent from the field to the Graveyard except by its own effect, you can pay 1000 Life Points to Special Summon up to 2 "Shadow Fiend Knight" from your Deck, hand, or Graveyard. You can also tribute this card to Special Summon any DARK monster with 1000 or less attack from your Deck, hand, or Graveyard.

Like it better? Makes it a bit less broken, seeing as it can't search Snipe Hunter now. And, thank god, the effect is understandable .

Try not to use white backgrounds and yeah tmb's version is better u forgot the commas
