Okay, first off, you need to find a way to abuse the fact that Doom Shaman is a Normal Monster in the hand and grave. First off, Swing of Memories can be used for an OTK type deck, or Birthright can be used.
Also, My Body as a Shield is essential for protecting Doom Shaman. So lets get into the fixes.

What is the point of gainer? It allows multiple attacks and can be Special Summoned, but if you're using a Swing of Memories OTK then a better card is Skull Archfiend of Lightning, as it will be destroyed during the End Phase, so you won't need to pay LP, and also, it has a 1/2 chance of negating any card that targets it, like Sakuretsu Armor, Magic Cylinder, Solemn Judgement, etc.

Wow, another thing. Looking at this deck, there aren't too many obvious fixes. Kudos to you, a good build.

+2 Phoenix Wing Wind Blast

This card can be so useful for getting rid of a Marshmallon, Reaper, and predicting your opponent's next draw. Can allow you to get that OTK. Then, if they set it next turn, just use NoC.
