About Dark Fusion Evil Hero And Solemn Judgment

hiiii guy's do you think solemn judment can nagate the effect of Evil Hero (Dark Fusion Monsters)???????
i ask in BattleCity They say no solemn judment cant nagate the effect you must to activate solemn judgment on the spell card (dark fusion,Dark Calling) but i think soelmn judgment can nagate and destroy Evil Hero Monster cuz solemn judgment says nagate

First you can not chain to a card while its resolving. So as soon as the evil hero hits the field, u cant chain with solemn judgment. You would have to chain to dark fusions activation, not the summoning of the evil hero so no you can't
