good, too many traps for royal decree though, id drop it for another negate attack

i agree ...definitely too much traps for royal decree........a couple shrink might be useful

I agree too. If you're deck is centered around getting out machines and protecting them, you could turn it into a Frontline Base/ XYZ deck with Cyber Phoenix Support. Just me though, i ran a XYZ deck in WC 08 and it was inredibly successful. It has field presence, and a lot of support. Like the idea though, just seems a little unrefined. 6.5/10

then again he only got 1 royal decree.......soooooooo/.........it may work if luck applies
