i would say keep Casius or Raiza not both of them so -2
-2x Counseror of Lily ( maybe keep one )

-Lyla i guess you mean the LS lyla, why just one is to random even for trap/spell destruction and you dont have to do it for speed since 1 time only -3 to deck isnt really great

-spirit reaper ( just dont like it in here )

-2x double summon

-1x E controller ( way to random to just have one, or run them in 3 or dont imo )

-1x Shrink

-1x Pot of Avarice

-1x Upstart goblin ( same as e-control )

-2x Lightning vortex ( its an -2 to hand and will be chained to cause most people use chainable traps which makes these kind of spell card hardly worth playing. But in D-hero monarch based on D Dude its ok to have 2 even 3 since his effect helps )

-3x Reckless greed

i woud like to do more with this deck ( to fix i mean ) but im not quite sure if you to go with Chaos Control ( provided by raiza ) or Chaos Removal ( provided by Caius ) since both style require different builds imo.
